2022-2023 Schedule for Annual Completion of RNUA Forms
Academic staff members must annually complete a disclosure and request for approval of such activities. Throughout the year, additional disclosures and requests for prior approval are necessary whenever a change in such activities is proposed or when required by granting agencies. RNUA forms can be completed throughout the year for new hires or if an employee's status changes. All current academic staff members will follow the schedule below.

Campus Deans, Directors and Department Heads, and System Office Unit Directors notified of upcoming RNUA process and schedule

Employees notified of RNUA submission deadlines |
October 3, 2022 |
RNUA due for department review

RNUA due for college (or 2nd level) review

RNUA due for OVCR, OVCAA or OVPAA review |
December 5, 2022 |
Campus notification to OVPAA confirming submission and review of RNUA by all units and departments |
