2017-2018 Schedule for Annual Completion of RNUA Forms

Academic staff members must annually complete a disclosure and request for approval of such activities. Throughout the year, additional disclosures and requests for prior approval are necessary whenever a change in such activities is proposed or when required by granting agencies.  RNUA forms can be completed throughout the year for new hires or if an employee's status changes.  All current academic staff members will follow the schedule below.
August 21, 2017: Campus Deans, Directors and Department Heads, and UA Unit Directors notified of upcoming RNUA process and schedule
September 18, 2017:Employees notified of RNUA submission deadlines
October 9, 2017:RNUA due for department review
November 1, 2017:RNUA due for college (or 2nd level) review
November 20, 2017:RNUA due for OVCR, OVCAA or OVPAA review
December 18, 2017:Campus notification to OVPAA confirming submission and review of RNUA by all units and departments
