Initiatives

The Office of the EVP sponsors a variety of initiatives to respond to the needs of the system-wide community or to advance the Strategic Framework. Initiatives may be short-term in nature or lead to long-term or permanent programs or efforts. As a sponsor, the Office of the EVP has three main responsibilities:

• Vision and people – Aligning the project with university goals, strategy, and objectives and including stakeholders
• Governance – Ensuring the project’s proper launch and execution
• Value and benefits – Managing risks and responding to changes while ensuring the project’s quality
