2019-2020 Schedule for Annual Completion of RNUA Forms

Academic staff members must annually complete a disclosure and request for approval of such activities. Throughout the year, additional disclosures and requests for prior approval are necessary whenever a change in such activities is proposed or when required by granting agencies.  RNUA forms can be completed throughout the year for new hires or if an employee's status changes.  All current academic staff members will follow the schedule below.
 
August 19, 2019: Campus Deans, Directors and Department Heads, and System Office Unit Directors notified of upcoming RNUA process and schedule
September 16, 2019:Employees notified of RNUA submission deadlines
October 7, 2019:RNUA due for department review **UIC deadline extended to November 11, 2019
  
October 28, 2019:RNUA due for college (or 2nd level) review **UIC deadline extended to December 2, 2019
 
November 18, 2019:RNUA due for OVCR, OVCAA or OVPAA review **UIC deadline extended to December 23, 2019
 
December 16, 2019:Campus notification to OVPAA confirming submission and review of RNUA by all units and departments
